Help With Returns UNOPENED MERCHANDISE OPENED MERCHANDISE DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN PROCEDURE RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE MARKED RETURN TO SENDER. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request. The product must be returned to the iPod Systems warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA and within 21 days of the ship date of the product. Your RMA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment. If not it will be marked return to sender. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
